Request access to the complimentary kitchen area. It's great for quick snacks without having to order room service.

Helpfulness from the whole staff. Easy check-in, late check-out, brand-new room with bed for kids, the bathroom, as example.

Large bed in the king room, plus a safe, a sofa bed and central heating. Particularly good and stunning location, close to a performing arts theater. Based right by mall and movie theatres, pubs, great restaurants and shopping, and bars.

I liked the up-to-date rooms that were very clean. The evening was very quiet in the building, which was nice. a lot of other hotels I've stayed at were extremely load and I would have to call the front desk. Excellent place to stay and excellent staff.
If I had to say anything as a "complaint" it would be that they don't have a breakfast included in the room, which would be nice. And I didn't really care for the sleep number bed....when I napped it was good. But for some reason during the night it wasn't as comfortable. Perhaps, I just didn't have the correct number for myself.

The room was very nice.
The elevator was broken and we often waited up to 10 minutes to get to our room. Also, there were a lot of smokers at the hotel during our stay - I would like it if there was a designated smoking area outside so that I and my children don't have to walk through the smoke to enter the hotel. The waterslide and pool facility needs maintenance.

It was an excellent fit for a city holiday in Saskatoon with great value for the money. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the service from the energetic waitress was excellent. Make sure to arrive a bit early for meals to avoid delays with seating.

The room was decorated in a newer fashion and was a good use of space. Free internet was also appreciated.
The hotel was under renovation which unfortunately did not allow us to enjoy the hotel facilities. The restuarant was very nice but the pounding and beeping from backing up of machines during the renovation was very distrubing. We did not enjoy the hotel at all except to sleep.

Families will love it here
I was blown away by the staff, they treated us like family. The chef helped a young couple with a baby at the buffet and it just showed total class, really nice touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

The room was absolutely beautiful and because of Booked.net we received an excellent deal.Short walk to the river and close to downtown amenities. No bathtub in the room, but the shower was big enough for two (or more) and had a shower wand.
Our initial visit was a bit stressful as a H.O.g (Harley-Davidson Owner Group) took up the street entrance to the hotel with motorcycle parking. The first person I interacted with at the front desk was a bit snotty. I had a small problem with the hotel not having found the reservation, so luckily I had the Booked.net email on my phone, and one quick no-wait call to Booked.net and it was sorted out.
